Not grandson of Bishop of Limerick. At the same time as our William was listed on deeds as from Borris in Ossory, the other Wiliam - who built Bethseda Chapel in Dublin, was listed with his wife Mary as being in Dublin.

Edward lists William as being son of John. Arthur’s will in 1771 lists only a nephew William. If there were two named William he would have needed to be specific on which one he was leaving a legacy to.

Therefore we can safely say that our William is not the grandson of the Bishop of Limerick.
